Congratuations to all the members of our school football team.

We are now Champions of Stroud, having won this afternoon's Stroud Primary Schools' Outdoor 6 A-Side Football Competition.

AS a team we played very well.

Our goalkeeper and defence were great.

Our strikers, although not taking all of their chances, scored 11 goals in 4 games.

Our top goal scorer and STAR player was, in my opinion, Jack Freeman. He was our captain and scored 7 of our goals.

Well Done, lads.

And well done to the players in the other teams for making it an exciting and competitive event.
